By engaging the services of RAF-Studio® / PT RAF Strategic Group, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Overview

1.1 One-Time Services

RAF-Studio® provides custom website development, SEO optimization, and related digital services on a project-based basis.

All project scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines are defined and agreed upon before the project begins.

Pricing is transparent with no hidden fees.

One-time services include full handover upon completion and final payment.

Typical services include:

  • Web Development (custom design, layout, CMS setup, domain and hosting integration)

  • SEO Optimization (audit, strategy, technical setup, on-page and off-page SEO)

  • E-Commerce Enablement (payment gateways, product setup, secure checkout, integrations)

  • Web Consulting and Custom Web Applications

1.2 Subscription Services

Monthly subscription services are available for ongoing website support, updates, and SEO maintenance.

Only one active request may be handled at a time.

Unlimited revisions are available within the agreed scope.

Average turnaround time is 2–3 business days per request.

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled.

2. Service Terms

2.1 One-Time Services

A 50% deposit is required to commence work.

The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery of all deliverables.

Project timelines begin once the deposit and all required materials are received.

Rush fees may apply for expedited timelines.

2.2 Subscription Services

Subscriptions operate on a month-to-month basis with no minimum commitment.

A 30-day written notice is required for cancellation.

Subscriptions may be paused with a minimum 15-day written notice.

Subscription services are non-transferable.

3. Service Process & Typical Timeline

Projects generally follow this structured process:

  1. Agreement and onboarding

  2. Discovery and planning

  3. Setup and configuration

  4. Content gathering

  5. First draft delivery

  6. Revisions and second draft

  7. Finalization and approval

  8. Launch, training, and handover (if included)

Actual timelines may vary depending on project scope and client responsiveness.

4. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide all required content, branding, assets, and access credentials in a timely manner.

Assign a single point of contact for communication and approvals.

Provide feedback, approvals, or requested materials within 7 business days of each request or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Attend scheduled meetings or calls if required.

Failure to provide timely feedback or materials may result in project delays. If delays significantly extend the project beyond the estimated timeline, additional costs or penalties may be applied to cover extended work, project management, or resource allocation.

If the project or website is completed but not launched within 1 month due to client delay or lack of feedback, the final payment remains due in full.

The 1-month post-launch support period begins from the official launch date as mutually confirmed by the client and the Studio.

5. Third-Party Assets & Additional Costs

Additional assets or services such as paid fonts, premium plugins, stock assets, licenses, third-party tools, or external platforms are not included unless explicitly stated.

Any additional costs will be discussed and approved by the client before purchase.

All third-party services (including domain, hosting, plugins, tools, and platforms) are the sole responsibility of the client to purchase, renew, and maintain.

If the Studio facilitates initial payments on behalf of the client, ownership and renewal responsibility remain fully with the client after handover.

6. Intellectual Property

The client receives full ownership of all final produced work and associated intellectual property rights only after full payment has been received.

Until full payment is completed, all work remains the property of RAF-Studio®.

RAF-Studio® retains the right to:

  • Display completed work in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials

  • Retain ownership of unused drafts, concepts, and exploratory materials

The client is responsible for ensuring that all provided materials and requested usage do not infringe upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

Source or working files may be provided upon request and may incur additional fees unless otherwise agreed.

7. Revisions & Amendments

One-time projects include up to three drafting phases as defined in the agreed scope.

Additional revisions beyond the included drafts will be billed separately.

Subscription services include unlimited revisions within the original agreed scope.

Major changes or scope expansions require a new quotation and timeline.

8. Termination & Cancellation

If the Studio cancels a project after work has begun, the client will only be charged for the portion of work completed that the client intends to use.

If the client cancels a project after work has begun, the client agrees to pay for all time and work already performed by the Studio, regardless of whether the produced work will be used.

For one-time services:

  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced

  • A kill fee of 25% may apply depending on project stage

For subscription services:

  • A 30-day written notice is required for cancellation

  • Services remain active during the notice period

9. Payment Terms

All invoices are due and payable within 14 days from the invoice date unless otherwise stated.

The Studio will issue a payment reminder within 7 days after the due date if payment has not been received.

A late fee of 2% of the total invoice amount will be applied for each additional 14-day period the payment is overdue.

If payment is not received within 28 days of the invoice due date, RAF-Studio® reserves the right to suspend all services, access, and deliverables until the account is brought current.

Subscription services with failed payments will be automatically paused until payment is resolved.

10. Project Timeline Responsibility

The Studio is responsible for meeting the estimated project timeline, provided the client fulfills all responsibilities, including timely feedback and asset delivery.

If delays occur due to the Studio, no additional costs or penalties will be applied to the client, and the Studio will take full responsibility to complete the project.

11. Subcontracting

RAF-Studio® reserves the right to assign qualified subcontractors or collaborators when necessary to ensure quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

The Studio remains fully responsible for all subcontracted work.

12. Confidentiality

RAF-Studio® will not disclose client business information.

All client data will be securely stored.

Confidentiality obligations remain in effect after project completion.

13. Limitation of Liability

Total liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client.

RAF-Studio® is not responsible for third-party services, platforms, or tools.

No guarantees are made regarding specific business results or outcomes.

The Studio is not liable for delays caused by the client.

14. Dispute Resolution

Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.

If unresolved, mediation will be pursued before litigation.

Jurisdiction is governed by the laws of Indonesia.

The prevailing party is entitled to recover reasonable legal fees.

15. Modifications

RAF-Studio® reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions with 30 days’ notice.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
